FDC Governance Launched

Voting can now be done with FDC and WFDC tokens.
Voting can be done in the Governance tab in the Dapp.
This is great because it gives ownership to the community.
Proposals can be submitted with 100,000 FDC or WFDC tokens.
Once a proposal is submitted it will be open for voting for about 30 days.
After 30 days the proposal will either succeed or fail.
A successful proposal will then be carried out manually.
Proposals are separate on Ethereum and BSC networks.

0 = n/a
1 = open
2 = passed
3 = executed
4 = failed
